Sparko is designed to be set up in hours. Import your team from a spreadsheet or another HRIS and you're up and running.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use AES-256 encryption with MFA, SSO, passkeys, and role-based access controls starting on the Core plan. We never use your data to train AI models.
