Why doesn't Core include AI?
Core is deliberately AI-free so you can run HR without paying for AI you're not using yet. When you're ready for AI-assisted screening, reviews, career plans, and search, Growth adds the AI layer on top of everything in Core.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new signup gets a 14-day free trial of the full Business experience. No credit card required.
Is there a minimum team size for Growth or Business?
No. There's no seat minimum on any plan. Instead, each plan has a monthly dollar floor: $25 for Core, $100 for Growth, $160 for Business. A small team simply pays the floor and grows into per-seat pricing as you add people. You're never paying for seats you don't have.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated. You can also unlock a higher tier for 7 days, once a year, directly from inside the app. No sales call required.
Is there a setup fee?
