Manage salaries, bonuses, equity, and benefits with market data integration and AI-powered compensation recommendations.

5. Time & Leave

Track time off, manage PTO requests, view holiday calendars, and handle timesheet approvals with smart conflict detection.

6. Payroll Run (under Compensation)

Export each pay period's gross pay and bank payment instructions (CSV, SG GIRO, ACH/NACHA, SEPA) to hand to your own bank or accountant. Sparko does not run statutory payroll — it does not calculate tax, CPF/social contributions, or deductions, and does not generate payslips.
